Grown on the clayey soils of Grisì – Monreale, this intense ruby ​​red with purple highlights expresses fruity aromas with notes of roots and underbrush. On the palate, it is full-bodied, harmonious, and persistent. After aging for 12 months in barrique and 60 days in bottle, it reveals all the elegance and richness of the terroir. Serve at 18°C.
