After 36 months of aging on the lees and zero dosage, it presents a fine and persistent perlage, a straw yellow color, and aromas of ripe fruit and bread crust. On the palate, it is fresh, savory, and harmonious, with a long finish that highlights the purity and elegance of Grisì's terroir.
